Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Operations Rep is responsible for assisting the sales team in building customer quotes and reviewing quotes that contain exceptions to standard pricing policies. In addition, they will build strong relationships with our Sales team, manufacturer and distribution partners to understand opportunities to utilize programs and rebates to maximize returns.

  • 2-3 years of professional experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with the Channel business model
  • Proven ability to build strong, cross-functional working relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability work within a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Team player who pushes to do what’s best for their customer, whether internal or external
  • Analytical, critical-thinking, problem solver
  • Salesforce, SharePoint and Excel experience preferred
  • Organized and able to work on both long-term projects and requests requiring a quick turnaround
