We are looking for a candidate to join our Business Operations department that possesses excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a strong analytical acumen. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, be detail-oriented and love being an integral part of our team.
- As the Business Operations Coordinator you will provide operations support to our partners, manufacturers, and sales team i.e., portal access, updating contact lists.
- Maintain clear operational procedure documentation to ensure consistency of operations.
- Ensure necessary documentation is updated and completed appropriately and if needed, sent to legal for review.
- Deliver various reports to department heads and management team members as necessary.
- Perform any necessary ad-hoc assignments for the Sales, Admin, Legal or MSSP departments.
- Become knowledgeable with the products we sell and the distributors and manufacturers we work with.
- Manage and cultivate strong relationships with our partners and act as a liaison between them and Nexum.
- Work in a team-oriented, cross-departmental environment. You must build and maintain effective working relationships with Legal, Admin, MSSP and Sales teams.
