Perry is a network security expert and instructor with over 30 years of experience in computers systems and security, and is a Senior Security Engineer and Trainer with Nexum. His knowledge and experience spans diverse operating systems from IBM mainframes to Palm Pilots. He is skilled in planning, designing, implementing, and managing complex network computing environments, and is proficient at applying IT solutions to business processes across the enterprise.

At Nexum, Perry not only trains, but designs, tests, and implements IT solutions, and helps troubleshoot complex issues for our clients. He has worked with many different firewall products, security scanners and IDS and IPS products including products from Cisco, Juniper, HP, Nortel, F5, Blue Coat, and 3Com. Perry's professional experience also includes global network design, implementation and management.

Perry holds a BS in Computer Science and a MBA with an emphasis on information technology. His diverse skills allow him to integrate security into our clients’ business processes. He holds certifications on many different vendors’ product lines, including products and solutions from Check Point, Juniper, Nokia, F5, and Q1 Labs.
